Yoga Project Title Search

Happy New Year everyone! I hope it is starting off beautifully for each of you. But whether 2015 is starting off in the ways you anticipated or not, what better way to set a clear intention than with a grounded yoga practice. As you may already know, I will soon be releasing downloadable yoga sessions here, on my website! In each session I will lead a guest through an asana (pose) sequence. After moving our bodies, the guest and I will enjoy a nutritious treat and a personal reflection based on something that the guest is interested in investigating further. While you’re there, you can also vote for your favorite title for the project, since I haven’t been able to settle on one just yet. This month is your final opportunity to vote on your favorite title for my the project! The poles close on January 31! So there’s no time to waste.
