DHARMA YOGA
I have been practicing yoga since 2007. After an ongoing practice with Dharma Yoga Studio, I completed a Dharma Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Certification in 2010. Dharma Yoga is an awareness-based mindfulness and relaxation practice, founded by Keith Kachtick, exploring traditional Indian yoga through the lens of Buddhism. (http://dharma-yoga.net)
Since then I have continued to deepen my practice, and have offered yoga workshops for teenagers as a part of the Urban Roots youth development programs in Austin, TX.

YOGA PROJECT TITLE SEARCH
I want to share my yoga practice with you! Well, you and everyone else who is interested. But I need a little help deciding on a title to get this project up and running!
THE PROJECT
Downloadable yoga sessions will be posted here, on my website, two or three times each month! Each session will include a yoga asana (pose) sequence, a personal reflection with a guest yoga pracititioner and a recipe for a tasty snack (probably a smoothie, because I love smoothies!)
the yoga
I will start each session by leading a guest through a yoga sequence. Together we will explore whatever area of the body he or she is interested in. The yoga practice will serve as a preparation of the body and mind for a reflection.
the reflection
After moving on the mat, we will sit down for a chat. Before the session, the guest will share with me some area of her or his life that we can discuss. The guest's focus area will inform the yoga practice and be the source of our reflection.
the snack
But what's a good reflection without snacks, right? So, we'll also make a rich smoothie (or maybe another tasty treat) to enjoy during our chat. And I'll share those recipes with you too!
the request
So here's where you come in. I'm really excited about this project, but I have no idea what to call it! Please vote on your favorite title in the box to the right. (If you're really enthusiastic about a title, you can actually vote as many times as you like!)
